Dear Carriage Hills Metro District Homeowners,

The Carriage Hills Metro District currently has two open Board positions available. We encourage any interested community members to consider serving and becoming involved in helping guide the future of the district.

To qualify as a Board member under Colorado Special District Association (SDA) requirements, an individual must be an “eligible elector” of the district, which generally means you must:

• Be a registered voter in Colorado, and
• Either reside within the district boundaries or own taxable real or personal property within the district (or be the spouse/civil union partner of the property owner).

Serving on the Board is a valuable opportunity to support the community, participate in district decisions, and help oversee ongoing projects and improvements.

If you are interested in being considered for one of the open positions, please fill out the self-nomination form or reach out to us as soon as possible so we can review qualifications and complete the necessary steps prior to the next special board meeting scheduled for July 23.
